It is God’s wish that we all enjoy good health and live long lives.
Psalms 90 verse 10 states, “The days of our lives are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they are eighty years…”
We do not live in a perfect world. Although God promised to take care of us, we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves. Part of taking care of ones self includes seeking knowledge. Indeed, the more informed we are the better we will be at caring for ourselves. With this in mind, our Health Ministries Department aims to present a variety of researched and current health related topics that will broaden our knowledge, enhance our thinking and above all promote healthier lifestyles.

Thanks for all the information that I have got concerning the Mt Zion 7th Day church of God. Iam an Elder in the church, Mt zion 7th day church of God,Kenya. Iam also a Clinical Officer by proffesion( Have a diploma in clinical medicine ). Its true our heavenly father takes care of us but we are also duty bound to take care of our bodies.
